Free Evaluation for all new members - $250 value. Must be serious about improving your athletic performance.
The evaluation includes:
💪 1 on 1 sit down with Coach Jeff Higuera or a professional coach to review your health history, past and present injuries, short and long term playing goals, and training experience
💪 InBody Body Composition Testing: A body composition analyzer that measures your body fat, muscle, total body water and more.
💪 Functional Movement Screen: This screen determines the greatest areas of movement deficiency, exposing movement limitations and asymmetries.
💪 Performance Assessment: Assess the athlete’s current ability in the qualities of explosive power, agility, acceleration, top-end speed, relative strength, and anaerobic capacity.
💪 Discussion of results: Coach Jeff Higuera or a professional coach will discuss the overall results of each level of the evaluation and help determine where you should start to get the most out of your performance training.
