Our adult programs are built for those who are looking to meet and exceed the expectations of fitness and health in their daily lives. Our goal is to help working professionals reach their full potential with training programs that have them looking and feeling their best, without taking away from their day.
Professional Coaching.
All programs are administered by a Professional Coach, regardless of which membership option you choose. Those who train on-site will experience their own custom training routine with an atmosphere of like-minded people working hard to achieve their goals around them.
Adults Fitness Programs
Body Composition
Look good. Feel Great. A 16-Week Program designed to improve body composition by decreasing fat and increasing muscle. This program is for beginners looking to get back into a fitness routine and improve their health.
Fit
Fit is a 36-week program to improve strength, power, and endurance. This is the athlete version of our adult programs for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. This program uses barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells for the strength training progressions.
Burn
Burn is a 36-week Program designed to build strength and a higher fitness level. This program primarily uses dumbbells and kettlebells for strength training combined with interval training circuits.

40 day New Years Challenge
January 15 to February 23
Designed to help you kickstart your Fitness and Personal Journey in 2024. Daily activities include:
Drink 50% of your bodyweight in Water
30 minute Workout each day - as part of the program, Competitor will provide 30 workout options every week that can be done outside the gym
No Alcohol during the weekday (Monday to Friday). Two (2) alcohol drinks maximum per day on the weekend
No Junk food and No Sweets
Ten (10) pages of personal development per day
